EU Procurement Thresholds From 1 January 2012
The revised EU Procurement threshold values for the period 1st January 2012 until 31st December 2013 are as follows: Supplies and Services - £173,934; Works - £4,348,350

Tayside Procurement Consortium are pleased to publish its Procurement Strategy for 2011-2015. Each partner has approved the Strategy after a thorough consultation process including departments and unions.
Councils shared service procurement team win national excellence award
A local authority procurement shared service initiative between Tayside Contracts, Angus, Perth & Kinross and Dundee City Councils - the Tayside Procurement Consortium (TPC) - has been honoured for outstanding achievement at the annual National Excellence in Public Procurement Awards 2010.
The Amendment Regulations
The Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009 came into effect as of 20 December 2009. These Regulations amend the existing Public Procurement Regulations to introduce new European Directive on Remedies. They apply to a significant amount of works and services procured by our organisation.
